OK after watching him hit today I've gotta bump up my already optimistic projections for him (.320 110 40 110) to even greater heights.

Great batting eye, power to ALL fields, great bat control, smooth effortless swing with tremendous power in Wrigley.

.335 120 45 130. Most underrated hitter in baseball.

Of course not, his swing's a thing of beauty, ya just gotta see it to appreciate it. It's not the results and where the ball lands, its how he's making explosive contact every swing he takes.

Not that it will always be like this, but a very nice start for Mr. Ramirez, nonetheless. Nice to see him celebrate his new contract in style.

Man, poor Cam Bonifay. The only thing he ever did right was that he never gave up on Aramis. The first thing the new regime does? Trades away Aramis for a song (and Bobby Hill).

I think He will do great things this years as well. Kind of hard to pitch around him with Burnitz and Lee behind him. Plus with Patterson, Walker, and Nomar hitting in front of him the Table will always be set.

I need another spot hitter to plug into my lineup occasionally, what do people think about Todd Hollandsworth? If he's healthy all yeah could he benefit from the Cubby's stacked lineup? I know it's a big IF....
