the commish may be able to do some roster moves (adds/drops/lineup changes). i dont think you can hand it over to someone else without the other persons login and password, which you most likely arent going to get.

We have a dead team in our yahoo BB Plus league. I can't figure out a way to give ownership to another person. Is there a way?
It's so early...why not just start another league, and specify an Offline Draft? You can enter your draft results exactly like the teams are sitting right now.

That would be my suggestion
And you can make the stats retroactive to include sunday and monday's games.

Well we paid $125 for the BB Plus so I don't think that is an option. I am sure we would lose it.
Sorry, I was just looking at your title when I made my suggestion. The $$$ definitely changes things. Unless Yahoo actually develops a working relationship with you when you throw a few dollars their way, I don't know what to tell you. Good luck.
Can't believe somebody kicked in a few dollars and abandoned their team. I wish I had money to throw away.

Unfortunately, they never did pay. The draft was coming up and I was trying to fill the league. I posted it in a few places. I guess overall I did OK, we had 11 of 12 people pay and have been active so far. I am pretty sure at least 9, if not all 11 will be back next year. That is the main thing. I am trying to get a good group of people that know baseball and will play year after year. Thanks for the suggestion though, I appreciate the feedback.
