I like him. He should hit 2 for most of the year, as long as Dusty is smart. That equals good money.

The most underrated 2B in the NL at least. Contact hitter, lots of line drives. His manager is a fan so he'll get AB's. Everyone has projected Hairston taking AB's away, but Walker isn't terrible against LHP. He'll get 450 AB's easy I think.

When Hairston does play LF, he may bat second, but w the potent 3-4-5 the cubs have, Walker batting 6-7 on those days may not be too bad.

BTW, Walker batting 7th last year = .291 avg, .927 OPS. Yeah only 55 Ab's, but not bad.

I really like him if he can stay healthy and Dusty keeps him near the top of the order.

Glad I got him for $1 in my auction league. We start 2 2B and should complement Kaz nicely

Walker is finaly being utilized by the cubs as he should be. He should have gotten more at bats last year. He is a perfect # 2 in the Cubs Line-up
