Jump on the Chan Ho Train??

I've been burned by this guy multiple times before, and I've also seen other be burned by him. The trouble is he looks good again this spring, and we all know he has good stuff???? He is on a team with a potent offence, and if healthy, I believe he could scam 12-15 wins, (though some really ugly I'm sure). Anyone taking a flier on him?
