We now have an auction draft for our Bench, another 6 players, What positions should I be looking at to fill, in the Bench Draft? I know about Baldelli's injury, but getting him for a $1 to carry over to next season, is Sweet..... I should probably look at OF help, Reyes is the only guy with flexibility on my team, soon being a shortstop. All the guys above are my starters, I think I managed pretty well, total salary of $254, We have an $80 FAAB to spend for the season.
I know, my outfiled scares me, but I hope to find some diamond's in the rough, ALA, Mench, and someguys on the waiver wire, with it being a 9 team league, there is some talent on the wire.
First off, I can't believe that you have that lineup in a nine team league. Anyways, I digress. The only way you should lose this year is if you are plagued by injuries or just bad seasons. Good team though
very solid team... your 4 SP are probably the best in the league,,,, if u have a weakness anywhere it might be at closer...2 in a 9 team league will not be competitive enough imo....
Thanks guys, all we were allowed to draft was, two closers. Now we are having an auction to fill our Bench, of 6 players. My highest bids were on two closers, such as BJ Ryan, Hawkins, Mesa, Takatsu, Wickman, C.Cordero, M.Adams. Hopefully I get one of the following. Should find out in the next day or so.
Nice work on the bench auction...you have a good team but some injury risks. I think you've succeeded in providing insurance in the right areas. I think Olivio, Lane and Ryan will especially do you proud. Upton looks awesome, but not this year I don't think. The DRays seem to have some kind of huge, glaring problem with turning successful AA and AAA players into major leagers of any sort.
