Yahoo DL spots?

my league has two spots for DL guys but so far you cant pick up additional guys like you used to be able to when you put someone on the dl. Is this standard or did my commish screw up the settings?

If you haven't tried this already, you may have to fast forward a day or two for the DL settings to be recognized...that's what I had to do tonight for a couple teams for whatever reason.

I changed to Tuesday and it worked...or was it Wednesday - I forget, but one of them worked.
