The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball today announced that Alex Sanchez of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays has been suspended for 10 days, effective April 4, 2005, for violation of Major League Baseball's Joint Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.
I think you guys forget that roids make you run faster also. It all depends on what muscles you work. WHy do you think Marion Jones or Ben Johnson were so fast?

I liked your thought process Amazinz. Maybe they knew something no one else did!
I don't quite believe that. The Brewers got rid of him dirt cheap over a year ago because he was so bad in the field and basically uncoachable at the plate. While he did hit for a decent average he wouldn't listen to a word the coahces said and was not a contact hitter with RISP. Not a team player at all.

I hate to say it, but I don't think he ever plays again. He's not a star, so the team losing him doesn't lose much. Who would want to have this guy now? I don't know...I'm probably over-reacting, but do you guys think he'll be playing in 10 games?
