Hitting- B+/A- (vlad and helton are a nice duo)
Starting Pitchers- B (potential to be B+/A- though if Smoltz and Perez have big years). I also don't know how good the White Sox will be so depending on that will determine how effective having two of your starters will be
Relief Pitchers- B- Looper should do fine but will Benitez and Takatsu get enough save ops? Who knows how good Barryless Giants will be and I don't know much about the White Sox, hopefully they do well for you (are you a White Sox fan?)
Overall- B+, potentially A-. Your offense has a good balance of average and slugging hitters. Got your steals covered with Pods. I think with a few good additions/subtractions you should contend. Hell, anyone that has Vlad contends, I firmly believe that.

Hitting - B+
Pitching - A
Relief Pitching - B
Overal - B+

Pretty solid squad, can't go wrong with Helton, Cabrera and Guerrero, arguably top ten picks.....
