I disagreed with a few of your political stances but overall you were one of the better Popes in history.
Let's don't forget that for a holy man, death also brings promotion. May his successor be as great a personality as the old pope was, but also with a greater sense of responsibility for very earthly problems, like the battle against AIDS.
England's Worcester Canoe Club set the world record for paddling a hand-propelled bathtub. The 25 man team covered a distance of 55 miles, 425 yards in 24 hours on September 28 and 29, 1979.

Also there are numerous books that refute we landed on the moon, or that the holocaust ever happened. It's no surprise that many people ahve tried to make money off of "disproving" the DaVinci Code seeing as though the book is so popular.
I did not realize the Bible has been proven inaccurate

Brown does write a great book. It's very tense. I finished it in about 3 days because I needed to know what would happen next.
That said, he's a master of deception. He takes little facts, mixes them together with common misconceptions of Catholicism and the Christian faith, and then jumps off a cliff with his conclusions. I've heard him quoted as saying that he thought his books were fiction when he wrote them, but now he actually is starting to believe there might be some truth to what he's written. It takes a skillful writer to persuade even himself. I think he's a little off his rocker, personally.
