I know Menyak told me a coupla monthes ago they were bringing it over here from the FFC but still glad to see they have it up there now..
its a frustrating but fun game!!

I didn't give it a shot on the football side, but I'll be playing on our side this year. :-)

Lucky Ladders is my favorite game - I like the fact that it gives you an advantage when you play it every week, yet most players still have a chance to win it until the end. B-)

Can anybody tell me from the football side if the whole board ever did as pathetic as we did? Between the Angels and Yankees losing,
(Angels as of now losing 8-3 in 9th) that wipes out about 95% of the 1st ladders for all of the teams! Oh well, at least I know I won't be too far off the pace going into next week!

Had the dadgum Angels won, I'd have gotten 15 points because I had picks 3-5 right! Stupid Angels. :-[

At least that puts them on a loss coming here to Texas to play my Rangers though. O:-)

Yeah, this week was an example of me not doing what I should do - when I have "good feelings" about upsets, I need to put them at the beginning and not the end. I had feelings about Baltimore and the Mets today, but I put them at the end so that if my "weird" predictions were wrong I wouldn't be penalized. The problem is that they were both right, so I only got 3 games. :,-(

Well, you should...theoretically you should have already gotten it. The weekly award winners are supposed to kick in as soon as the scores are finalized. :-o

There is a slight glitch in the system. For whatever reason I am a Lucky Ladders weekly winner on the Football Cafe right now, and we haven't played the game in months. :-S

This looks like something menyak will have to look at. I don't know if I can have it for you this week or not, but I'll see what I can do. :-)

I had a feeling that this game would be fairly difficult...or at least more challenging than the football version. There just aren't enough "sure wins" in MLB because of the pitcher/player changes that happen every day.

Guess everyone else needs to figure out a better strategy, although I was happy with my 3rd place performance - the head honcho has to do well at his "own" game! ;-)
