The April Fool's joke, was that Pete Rose was going to be on the next ballot for the MLB Hall of Fame. :-B

I actually heard this whole thing on Dan Patrick last friday. They Gammons on saying that Pete was gonna be on the ballot. Then they had a guy from USA Today that has a vote for the HOF on the air and he weighed on the story. After that they were getting floods of calls and emails in support/opposition of Pete getting into the Hall. They drug it out for about 15 minutes before calling April Fool's. It was pretty good.
