Take it from someone who knows -- can be serious stuff! Had 2/3 of my colon removed because of it. What happens is "something" (seed/nut other hard to digest object) gets caught in "Protrusion) of intestine and gets infected. Serious pain and hospital stay if you try and "tough" it out. Untreated intestine can rupture and you bleed to death.
Treatment when you get something infected is antibiotics. How often you get it depends on "number" of protrusions or sacs you have in intestine and your eating habits -- no seeds no nuts etc.
Permanent cure is as I did when your healthy go get part of intestine removed.
Damn, I'll tell ya... Maggs is turning into a real pain in the ass...

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey
