Grandmaster Flash takes this one, besides some of Snoop's early stuff he has had a lot of garbage. Now that he is a pop icon who has developed his own ebonics style, people ignore the fact his raps suck.

Snoop's cool, but he's a big movie star now, and doesn't need my vote. I'm staying old school and going with GMF -- "White Lines" remains one of my all time favorite tracks.
