I would probably try to trade Beltre and Petitte for a top 20 starting pitcher...dunno who... maybe a tim hudson, zambrano, oswalt, perez...etc...

I'd also trade hoffman for a speed guy for infield or outfield...or maybe a 3rd baseman like ramirez. Or maybe for Glaus and a middle of the order SP.

You definitely need some speed, if kearns starts off hot try and sell high before his inevitable injury, but looks decent if it is 12 team league
