I got Ichiro 7th overall in my 12 team 10X10 League. I figured that he was way under-valued considering we count : H,R,TB,AVG,K,SB,HR,RBI,E,PO.
Hell single handedly murderize my opponents in those bold categories.
What do you think?
P.S. My next 4 picks werent too shabby Either: Teixara,Chavez,Vmart,H Matsui

I agree with mrider. You probably could have gotten him with your 2nd pick. Who were the 5th and 6th picks or your draft? (Since we all know who the first 4 were already.)

5 was Manny, 6 was Soriano. BTW, this was an Auto-pick draft. I spent a while pre-ranking, and I had Suzuki right after The big 4 and Abreu. I could have had tejada, but i was targeting K greene as a sleeper by moving all shortstops to sub 200 ranking (K Greene was 396 in Yahoo) and it worked. In fact, i did that with 2B as well, putting all the 2B behind the SS, hoping to get T. Walker, my other sleeper. This worked like a charm, as I got K greene, Tod Walker, and Ty Wiggington at 16, 17th and 18th rounds. I also picked up Kaz Matsui off waivers

I seriously doubt Ichiro sticks around til 18th, if you wanted him, that was your only chance to get him. I think I would have preferred Helton as well, but there's nothing wrong with the Ichiro pick.
