What you think of this guy this year. last years number were really impressive and it is only his 5th year. Is 90 R, 25 HR, 80 RBI, 15 SB, .285 Avg out of the question. I picked him up in the 22nd round, the eligibilty at 3B 2B and SS make him a valuable person to have on your bench.

22nd round!!! That, my friend, is a very nice grab at that point.
22nd round is nice. I snatched him up in round 18 of a ten-team mixed. I think he'll turn a substantial profit for you considering where you got him. 25 HR is not out of the question. Now if Ozzie would just bat him somewhere besides ninth...
I took him well before then. I think that he's legit and, w/ some position clogging going on w/ the ChiSox, he appears to have turned it up and is absolutely RAKING this spring so I am inclined to call him 'for real'. 22nd round IS a steal for him. There is no way I could have let him sit on there that long...
steal in the 22nd. his sb numbers will be up 5-7 more this year. he did go through a few droughts last year where he totally sucked eggs, but hopefully he will continue to improve and the droughts will be shorter.
I had to grab him in the 11th round of a 16 team league. The guy has been a beast this spring. Last year, he was always seeming to do something productive. Whether that be swiping a bag, or jacking a couple out of the park. He's still young, and the Sox will have him in the lineup for the entire season. My only question is, how did you let him last until the 22nd round?

22nd round is a steal. Uribe is very underrated. Ninety percent of fantasy owners look at his poor numbers in Coors in 2002 and 2003 and disregard his productive numbers in Chicago in 2004. But in 2002 and 2003 he was 22 and 23 years old! Other than monsters like Pujols, how many guys that age can really hit? Uribe's second half numbers in 2004 were especially good, and he's been tearing it up this spring. All signs point to an emerging hitter.
The latest word is that he'll bat 7th in the line-up. Personally, I think he should be hitting in the 2-hole. I'm not sold on Iguchi and I wouldn't be surprised if he loses the 2-hole and Uribe gets it. If he does, a line like 290-30-90-100-15 is not out the question.
I am the Master. Don't question the Master. Just do what he says and be proud.
