Beckett's injury is elbow sprain

Josh Beckett's arm ailment was diagnosed as an elbow sprain, and he'll be allowed to resume throwing in a week.
Beckett will probably go on the DL, but he might not miss more than the minimum. Rather than call up Nate Bump, the Marlins will have reliever Tommy Phelps start in Beckett's place on Monday.
