Traditionally the USA Today puts out a sweet Fantasy Guide within their Sports Weekly paper. That would cost a couple of bucks.
Today I see just a FAntasy section...separate from the regular SW issue...for $4.50. No, this isn't alot of money but just for the fantasy guide? Robbery and exploitation.
I passed on it as all my teams (3) are set.
Vent ovah.
My Friendliness bar...recently shrunk from 11.3 to 10mm long!!

ehh it happens, im a little suprised theyre doing it this late though
as for money, think of something scary:
cbs charges about $130 for their league commishioner, assume 10 teams on avg, thats $13 per team, or you can pay individually anywhere from $10 - $500 per team (wow)
if youre curious as to how much the site is actually worth:
in 2004 viacom bought the rest of sportsline (40% for) $67.7 million, meaning the site is worth roughly $170million, why so much?well advertising is a big chunk, but I think the SEC filings speak for themselves:
advertising on site year to date 2004: 30.5 m
subscription fees = 7.091 m
that means cbs is making over 7 MILLION a year in cash flow from fantasy sports -- wow
