Well pointing out the obvious if Felix Herendez pitches this year him.

What's the story on this guy? I don't see much work in the past couple of years in the minors.

Ricardo Rodriguez
If he gains just a HAIR more control he'll grab a rotation spot from astacio or park, for a pitcher thats not taken by anyone and buried on the WW he gets about 1/2 k per inning-- not bad, and has pretty good stuff
4 starts last year (before a broken elbow)
26 innings, 3-1 record, 2.06 ERA, 15 Ks
i do like bedard more though for K's, but he has a rotation spot now
Jeff Francis in colorado is another guy whos starting with some worth, pitched at a rate of 1k/inning last yr and looks to do more of that this yr as the number 3 starter -- he IS in colorado though
Aaron Harrang is one other intriguing possibility if he can finely gain some measure of control

Top prospect a few years ago. Had TJ surgery in 2003, recovered and pitched some in 2004, but not much. Is having an incredible spring and has a lot of potential still..but he's going unnoticed by most people (sleeper alert).

Daniel Cabrera might be a nice k sleeper. He plays in a tough division though (as does Bedard), so he might not help you out as much in the other categories.
Another kind of pitcher to consider are middle relievers like Shields, who are undervalued in some leagues even though two of those types will give you much better numbers (even per inning) than a mediocre starter.

Riley!
But seriously guys, Cabrera and Rodriguez aren't close to being K sleepers .... they barely strike anyone out. When you strike out 1 guy per 2 IP, it's not very good.
