I see some sites saying he can pull a 20/20 or even a 20/30 season. His minors stats show no indication of any power - can he really slug 20?

Doubtful. The great thing about Coco is that you don't even have to make a funny last name for him. But in relation to your title, he's no bam-bam and he prolly won't slug over 10.

No way 20 hr but he is a speedster 100 runs I really doubt 100 runs and the 300 average.

He doesn't have a history of hitting for power and he's a lousy basestealer. I wouldn't draft him assuming he'll hit 20 HR's or have 30 SB.

90/15/80/20/.300 (r/hr/rbi/sb/avg) sounds about right to me.
