I would say Blake. The tribe's offence this year looks terrific. Plus, Bagwell is done, washed up IMO.

I think Bagwell first of way more value because of past plus the Astros got a better lineup.... Right now but in the future the Indians lineup has more firepower. But I think bagwell.

I like Blake, but I'd probably still go with Bagwell. Injury and lineup questions for Bagwell are the only thing making this a contest, but they're big enough question marks in my mind to make them pretty much even at this point. Neither are particularly great options, but Bagwell is the more proven player.

Gotta disagree with your assessment of the Houston lineup. Where's the pop here? Even when Berkman returns, we're looking at Bags, Biggio, Everett, Ensberg/Lamb, Lane and perhaps Taveras.

On the flip side, the Tribe has Hafner and VMart, either of whom would be the best hitter in the Houston lineup. Coco, Boone, Blake...I think that's a better lineup right now than the one fielded by the 'Stros.

I'd say Blake/Bags is a tossup, but with Blake 3B eligible to go with OF shortly, he owns more value than Bags, who's at a position with tons of quality depth.

In a Points League I would go with Blake as even though they are both about equal overall with most fantasy websites (and mine) stat projections, Blake has a higher ceiling with HR's and RBI's.

In Roto League I would go with Bagwell as I think he will be a more consistent performer on a week to week basis while being a safer bet with AVE and Runs.

All in all it is very close. Unless I still hadnt selected a 1B yet in the mid-rounds I would probably go with youth and select Blake.
