I really don't think there's anything to worry about with Manny for this season, he's still a monster bat in a great lineup.

Manny had a five week stretch in 2004 after the break where he really struggled. I think he hit just over .200 in late July-early August...

so what if he's declining? he'll still put up monster numbers. As someone else said - this guy can hit in his sleep.

his OVERALL #s are still good however, he is still a first round pick and, if you are playing H2H and he repeats his 2nd half performance from last year, I think that you may be overpaying a bit for him and might be better off w/ say Helton in the first round and maybe Edmonds in the 3rd to make up for the HR?

Manny is one of my current faves, as a player, but I had him last year and it was VERY frustrating during the slump.
