I heard on the radio this morning that the producers of Ray are starting on a movie about Jackie Robinson.

This is the only thing I found about it online.

I remember seeing a Jackie Robinson movie once. At least I sure thought that was what it was about. :-?

England's Worcester Canoe Club set the world record for paddling a hand-propelled bathtub. The 25 man team covered a distance of 55 miles, 425 yards in 24 hours on September 28 and 29, 1979.

Read about this earlier today, Redford to appear as Branch Rickey..
should be a great movie!!! The footage of Robinson at the World Series in 72' and from his funeral shortly thereafter was some of the most moving in Ken Burn's series Baseball.
