Tsao to start on the DL

The Rocky Mountain News has reported that potential Colorado closer Chin-hui Tsao will start the season on the DL.

They've also reported that the Rockies are likely to pick up Byung-Hyun Kim from the Red Sox today.

Rockies will likely go with a bullpen by committee, including Fuentes, Dohmann and Speier (with Kim, if acquired, to start in MR)
