I think that your starting pitchers could be better. Consider trading for a decent SP.

Pretty good team, I like it. I think your set for pitching, Perez is a stud, and the others are solid.

Hitting: I love Ichiro, but not so much in an OPS league. You could probably improve on Roberts...

The biggest thing I would try to do would be to trade one of you extra pitchers (Garcia?) with one of your outfielders, or your second baseman, and try to upgrade there.

All in all, pretty solid.
