Start Oswalt against the Phillies tomorrow night?

I'm debating against it right now because one... I have Jimmy Rollins and hate to have players going against each other and two the Phillies have been very hot at the plate this year. Anyone think it's a good idea to bench him this game? By the way our league has a limit on innings pitched and I am a projected 47 over right now. Would it be wiser to start oswalt every game and bench someone else? Any advice is appreciated.

Wolf, Brown, Nomo, Colon are my other 4 starters...

Oswalt is among the top tier pitchers that you should start no matter who they are playing. Others included on this list so far: RJ, Schilling, Pedro, Prior, Mulder, Zito, etc...

Start him up. The Vet is a pitchers park, and Oswalt is awesome.
