Weekly Lineup Changes On Yahoo

For those of you who play weekly leagues on yahoo - under league settings when it says the deadline is weekly on Sunday, does that mean your new lineup starts every week on Sunday? Or does it mean that Sunday is the last day to make changes and your lineup starts Monday? Sorry if this question doesn't make sense.
