Its not bad but its not great. As you said the SP need help. The hitting is good enough to compensate for the pitching in a standard 12 team league. BA is going to be problem.

i say punt steals and trade posednik, crisp, and aramis ramirez (an extra bat considering your monster CIs) for some stud pitching. You would be a definite top-3 team, but with a couple of career years you could be a major contender
