Not a good IF either.
I would think someone would take a chance on Appier.

With the looks of that infield they could have used Appier as a utility guy.

Harvey was only an All-Star because they had to pick someone from that team, still a bit suprising though.

Now if they would move the fences back in 10 feet.. Pickering has some pop in his bat... as long as he remembers not to pass people on the base paths
