Sexson's Back-up??

Postby Sandman of Endless » Tue Mar 29, 2005 1:01 pm

I have Mr. Sexson as my 1B. We are in a 16 team 22 player roster points league. So there will be no players left by the time I get to round 22. So for insurance if Mr. Sexson goes down who would play 1B for Seattle?

Rototimes lists Bucky Jacobson, but I am concerned about his health this season as well. Do you feel he is worth a pick-up? Should I get Raul Ibanez?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Ibanez would move from DH to first I would think.

Bucky might not even make the team they say.

I don't see any reason why Sexon shouldn't be healthy the whole season. As I understand it, he's fully recovered from his shoulder problem, which was a freak thing, not something that will perpetuate itself long term.
