Saw N lowry on WW, i got #1 but i think ill wait it out and drop hidalgo for him...what do you think of htat move and my team overall?

Another closer would help. Worrell might get some if Wagner gets injured, but might not.

You definately have a few question marks. You could use some more speed and possibly a little more power. Maybe try and package 2 players for a stud. You also definately need another RP.

As far as power im banking on sexons return and mauer to live up to the hype, if they pan out i may suffer a bit on SB's but i have crawford and a few guys that get some here and there do you really think its a need?

that sint bad pitching at all. I think borowski is hurt so don;t bother. if you want a neith innig guy, there are plent yof better options than worrell.

^^yea i hear he's hurt, out for a month but i can pick him up for say hidalgo, put him on DL, then pick up lowry

i htink its pretty much borowskis job to lose and his injury i heard shouldnt be lingering or anything just takes a couple months to get there

Your pitching is very suspect. Lilly is starting the season on the injured list and Burnett is an injury concern as well. Also your catcher and 3rd base position are iffy as well. I had Casey Blake last year and was extremely frustrated with him. Mauer was supposed to breakout last year and he is labled to breakout this year.

I second the motion that you need another closer and more HR power, especially since you're relying on guys with age (finley, edmonds) and injury (nomar, sexson) question marks.

Disagree about steals though, Crawford can carry you. You can always swap in Jones or Durham if you need a little extra, plus wilkerson will get you some bags.

i like my mix of avg speed and power guys, feliz is the starter as long as bonds is out and he still gets 20 + hr even when he doenst have a starting posistion and i usually go into every season banking on an injured and/or old guy and they usually pay off for me

but as far as a closer theres not really much out there, chacons a starter now, herges and hermanson arent closing but were weak anyway,

so that leaves me with borowski whos hurt, and jorge julio who is frightening...sigh

the first thing I would do is bench Wilkerson- he will kill your BA. Put Feliz or even Hidalgo in there (yeah, Hidalgo - I'm betting that Tex is just what he needs). And you DO need a closer. Anybody will improve your position. At this point you can't get a stud, so look at the guys projected for 20 or so. Or look to guys that may take over when the current guy blows up (Batista in TOR for example - League might be a shot there).
