double header?

Would it be worth it to sit either J. Vidro (2B) or S. Rolen (3B) or L. Castillo (2B), who I have in the Util spot, to play C. Stynes (3B, 2B) who I think is playing a double header today against Atl. This is my first year playing fantasy baseball and am still trying to figure out these type of strategy things. If I should put Stynes in, who should I take out? Thanks a lot. B.T.Y. Vidro vs. SD, Rolen vs. CIN, and Castillo vs. SF.
