Izturis

I saw a forum where everyone was beating up a guy for having Izturis on his team. Why? It's not like he is godawful. He has improved every year in the league. Last year he had a .288 AVG, 90 runs, 25 SB, 62 RBIs, 4 HR. So the guy can't hit the ball out of the park. IMO, the rest of his stats are OK to good for a SS. Would I draft him in the top 10 rounds? Hell no, but I picked him up in my league in round 21 to fill my SS position. He isn't a stud but very few SS are. He isn't going to lose a league for you. What are your thoughts on the guy and how do you think he fills in on my team?

He also had Beltre knocking him in those 90 times. He benefited from Beltre's monster year. Drew and Kent may equal that, but I don't see him doing any better than what he did last year. I think this is his peak offensive output. His OBP isn't that great, he is what he is. A great fielder who can hit for a decent average, with above average speed and no pop.
