I think you could really use a closer, you seem to be a little weak in the saves category.

You have nice young starting pitching but, (prior, wood, beckett, sheets) are all injury prone. You could use another closer. You offense is decent. Why is Madson/Jimenez/Conine on your roster? I have a better team and i'm in a 20 team league, lol

Who would you try to move to get an additional closer?

What closers are under the radar but could be obtained with a Matt Morris / Kris Benson type?

A lot of holes on this team... Brian Giles and Khalil Greene suck, especially playing in a big pitcher's park. Look at Russ Adams at SS who will definitely be available.

Chin Hui Tsao is the closer for the Rockies who may give you cheap saves. Benson and Morris are WW players even in a 12 team league. Maybe look at Noah Lowry or Bobby Madritsch if noone has them. Also Mike Adams closes for the Brewers and Miguel Batista closes for the Jays. You might want to replace R Madson with Mike Gonzalez from Pittsburgh because if you had to pick a closer likely to lose his job for a team who has a history of getting a lot of saves for their closers and has a stud backup Jose Mesa and Mike Gonzalez qualify. Is Coco Crsip available in this league? Maybe a good bench upgrade over Jeff Conine who doesn't belong in a 30 team fantasy league. Alex Sanchez might also be a nice pickup if he's available.

Russ Adams is available... only had 72 at bats last year. Is he going to be the starter?

Gonzalez, Adams, Batista and Tsao are actually gone on another rosters. So is Coco Crisp and Alex Sanchez... they are all gone.

Both Noah Lowry or Bobby Madritsch are available... you think they are better than Kris Benson's new situation and Matt Morris?

I would rather have both Madritsch and Lowry over Morris and Benson. Also, Russ Adams is definitely the starter. You don't bench a guy that you draft 14th overall, who is only 23 and hit over .300 in his first 72 Big League at-bats. I guess it's a gamble to go Madritsch and Lowry over Benson and Morris but sometimes you have to go with the rising stars instead of guys who are played out...Do a little research and make the call for yourself but that's what I would do and have done in 10 leagues this year :).

Who would you cut to make room for Adams?

I'm going to see if I can make some 2 for 1 deals involving Morris/ and or Benson and then use that extra roster spot to pick up those other pitchers.... see if I can't make it benefit me in other ways...

I would cut Conine, Dye, Jimenez in that order of cut priority. Don't worry about starters when you trade Benson and Morris, that is, if anyone wants them in a 2 for 1. Try for a good bullpen guy (closer first or a high quality setup guy) or a quality outfielder. You can get the starter with Lowry or Madritsch and the infielder with Adams. The luxury is the bullpen guy and you may get one in a 2 for 1 with those average starters or an outfielder which comes cheap for most teams but you could definitely use.
