i actually think your pitching is fine...just get rid of Bonds because he is injured, start Berkman over Cameron (i think you should), and try and trade to get a better 2B/SS...you are weak in the Middle Infield

very well rounded team.. though ur infield is not strong.. it could be with those young guys.. and ur starters and relivers r great.. try trading bonds for an infielder

I'm going to go against the grain, and say that you should keep Bonds. If he's just on the DL, then you can use that spot for another hitter while Bonds recuperates. When he gets back, it'll be like having made a trade for a monster roto player. If you can do well until Bonds gets back, I think you'll have a good shot at winning your league.

i agree with the middle infield assessment. I will start Berkman as soon as he comes back from his injury.

you guys dont think my SP (beyond sheets and perez) is too old/injury prone?

i was just offered Soriano for Ichiro. What do you all think? Soriano should score a ton of runs, but so should Ichiro. Ichiro has the edge in SB, Sori the edge in HR, and Ichiro in BA. I think soriano will have the better RBI opportunities and i am weak at 2B and deep at OF, so im thinking i should accept. Anyone know anything more on Sori's injury? Just running it by the smartest fantasy people i know. thanks for the advice

i'd do the trade, even though i am not thrilled with soriano. is hammy appears to be improving, and he's had a nice end of the spring. I'd say do it mainly because utley is a horrible starting 2B, and soriano is the best 2B out there. your OF will take a big hit, however, so you will have to be scouring the waiver wire for a rookie or a replacement player (someone like Hawpe/Mohr for the Rockies, or Gabe Gross if he looks like he'll stay with the jays long term). another option would be to get soriano and then trade bonds now for the best health OF you are offered (as long as he's top-25). In my opinion, with the uncertainty of bonds, if you can get carlos lee or vernon wells for him it might be worth it. hope that helps man
