Not too shabby.
Weaknesses:
Starting Pitching- Beckett just went down, and you've got some pitchers on your roster that haven't earned a spot. (ie: Nathan, Hawkins, Ramirez, Rodriguez). I think you could do better on the waiver wire.
Saves- You won't get any.

Yeah, you aren't ever gonna get saves, and your starting pitching has too many guys who started off hot buy are likely to falter (Loaiza, Chacon, etc)

I say trade some of your relievers for a solid closer, like a lyon or foulke. You should change some of your struggling starters.
