FACT - he is still a upper level closer now imo but he will definitely get 40+ saves this year....

FOF - the loss of smoltz to the starting rotation will be hurtful to the braves as kolb will dissappoint....

Fact - Hudson, Hampton, Thomson, & Ramirez are already a pretty good starting four. The addition of Smoltz to that rotation does not bring enough benefit to replace the loss of him as a closer. Smoltz will wear down not later than August, and Kolb will not be at Smoltz' level as a closer. Although, there is the Mazzoni factor... never mind. I'll stand by my comment.

:-)

FoF - The Reds will finish at least second in the NL Central.

Actually, yes... because you said Cubs you are required to add a caveat.

FOF- In leiu of Andruw Jones monster spring (10 homeruns thus far), based on an adjustment in his stance recommended by Willie Mays, Andruw finally has the monster year eveyone has predicted. :-°

.300-100-40-100 :-?

FICTION - 100, 40, 100 are possibilities,,,,but that .300 is impossible for a free swinging hitter....... if he hits .275 i think most braves fans and all fantasy owners of andruw would be happy....

FOF - Miguel Batista will actually be a serviceable closer for the Jays this year, and end up with 30 saves and very good ratios.....

Fiction - He has a monster April, May, and maybe even June. But pitchers adjust to his new stance/approach, and he's back to his usual numbers by mid-season. He has a good year overall, but he is the ultimate trade bait pre-All Star Break.
