Jay Z is miles ahead of DMX because of pretty much all his stuff before The Dynasty Roc La Familia.

Didn't DMX get arrested this past year for impersonating an officer? Where is he?

I haven't been voting in these because I don't really like rap, but even I am going to go out of my way to vote for DMX. Dawg kicks ass.

I agree, DMX likes to shout alot and has good beats, but doesn't rap about much. Jay-z, although he has some of the same types of songs w/ out quality, has more substance than DMX in my book. Jay-z gets my pick.
