Rookie--how does my team look?..

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting here on the baseball side, actually it's my first year playing fantasy baseball too. I followed the football side pretty religiously last year (mostly as a lurker but occasionally posted) and it helped me a lot, hopefully everybody here on the baseball end is just as wise and knowledgable.

So I'm in an office pool that just did its autodraft yesterday, 19-team league, 7x6 (R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OBP, SLG; W, CG, SV, ERA, WHIP, K/BB). Competitive league as far as office pools go. Full re-draft every year, no keepers. Obviously with 19 teams there's a lot of lesser-known players in a lot of teams' starting positions right now.

What do you guys think are my team's strengths and weaknesses? Is there any particular position you think I should seek help in, and what might be the assets I could/should be willing to offer? (Unlike my football pool people seem pretty willing to trade in this league, so I suspect a lot of deals could probably get done ). Overall I think my team seems balanced, but could probably use some help in the P positions, but on the other hand I'm new at this and would likely defer to any suggestions I get here.
