Oswalt for wins, sheets for the rest of the stats. Sheets doesn't walk people much, while he may not do as well as last year you can expect his whip to be competitive. He K's more than oswalt and I don't think thats a one year wonder situation, he just finally developed fully. His ERA could go up some as he does give up the long ball a bit.
The big question is Oswalts health, he's hurt pretty much every year and misses starts here and there or pitches hurt. The fact that sheets will likely end up with more innings pushes him ahead in all stats but wins for me.

i like oswalt a little bit more. just a little bit more proven. i know sheets is good and he isnt a loaiza or anything like that but i am just not sure how good he is. sheets could potentially be better but i think oswalt is the safer pick and i generally spend my early picks on the safer guy.
Sheets over Oswalt in all cats but wins sounds about right. And considering how good Houston is gonna be this year (erm erm), the win gap may not be all that huge.

oswalt -- as long as he's healthy in a league that counts wins; just more proven to me, in a 5x5 its almost a tossup, but i still think Id go with oswalt, though its awfully close
Like the others said, Oswalt is more proven, but I think Sheets has higher upside. The Astros won't be nearly the team they were last year offensively, so there is no way he wins 20 again if you're really looking for an advantage in W's. Sheets will probably have more K's, ERA/WHIP about even and Oswalt with maybe a handful more wins, but other than that, I think they're pretty even.
