Filling out the pitching staff

Which of these AL-only pitchers will be available for less than $6?
Joe Blanton -- will likely draw an inflated salary
Wade Miller -- I'm hoping his injury scares people off, I like him win 10-14 games
Dan Haren -- similar to Blanton, reputation will up his cost
Paul Byrd -- have to like his run support
Juan Rincon -- can't expect double-digit wins, but he has great numbers
Tom Gordon -- same as Rincon
Rafael Betancourt -- good ratios, is he in line behind Wickman, or is it Howry?
