Victor was the man last year.
Could if be Buck or Closser or someone else this year?
(I know it's not a contract year for Javy so we can cross him out).

I despise drafting catchers and have seemed to do well in the past speculating. Last eyar I did welll with Estrada. This year I grabbed both Buck and Closser near the end of the draft. I'm hoping at least on of them pans out. As long as they hit above .270 and add some other stats I will be happy.

For sleepers at the C position I have
AJ Pierz (move to chi-sox from pac-bell can only help)
Buck (good power and hopefully avg will improve

)
Hill AZ ( good park and it looks like he winning the spot)

I like Koyie too.
I even own him in a league where we have two catchers
good call

Cota and Snyder. Are how about Jason Phillips now?

cotas playing time will be cut into by Benito
Snyder hurt his finger today so we will know more tommorow.
Phillips could surprise too.
My only concern with Jason is that he has publically stated that his offense is not a concern, he is more concerned with his defensive skills at this point. Thats good for LA but bad for fantasy leaguers.

I've read that too, but I think Jason was implying that his first priority was to become familiar with the LA pitching staff. Assuming that doesn't take too long, I can see him focusing on his batting sooner rather then later.
