If he follows his trend of half a season then a full season I think Miller is the best option.

Davis was last year's Loaiza...former Ranger pitchers who finally were able to put a good season together...and I think Davis will continue in Loaiza's footsteps by having a bad season. I'd take Miller.

Depends on what you need to do to reverse it.

on another note...it is just eery how similar my pitching staff is to yours in my main league. I have Lidge, Benitez, Millwood, Morris, Brown, Pineiro, and Wolf

Are you in like a 4 team league or something...I don't think you should be real worried who to pickup davis or miller because your team looks pretty darn good already. It must be a small league if Davis and Miller are available.

It's an 8 team buddies league. Reversing this transaction would just mean putting in a waiver request for Wade Miller and dropping Davis. Should I?

I don't like either pitcher but with Johnson and Sheets anchoring your staff, you'll probably never be desperate enough to use Davis. Therefore I think you can afford to pick up Miller who is marginally better than Davis simply b/c of the fact that he's on Boston. You should plan to have Miller sit out the month of April.

Depth is always a good thing internally and for trading.

Do you think Wade in the AL East will be better than Davis in Milwaukee?

I think so. Miller can strike people out with the best of them when he's healthy. Davis isn't bad and I like the fact that he's turning the prime age of 30 when players have their career years but Milwaukee is just not a good place to do it.

Ben Sheets is dominant...you can't compare him to Davis. Sheets on a good day can win the game himself. Davis can't do that, he will give up on average 3 or 4 runs a game so it is up to their offense to win it.
