If you think Adrain Beltre is the next Brady Anderson you defiantly fit your name

Reading comprehension is your friend, I did not say that at all. I pointed to him as an example of the extreme nature of how stats can vary. Being the 5th or 6th best 3B in baseball is still putting up very good numbers, but I'll take arod, I'll take chavez, I'll take blalock, Ramirez, Huff first.

Have you ever seen this guy hit? He's a great hitter, this was NOT a fluke. He's young, he's developing, simply put: he's a friggin' stud. What about Blalock? Chavez has yet to put up a year like that, and neither has Blalock. I'll give you A-Rod, and that's it. Aramis or Huff over Beltre is just plain stupid.

Also I am leery of one year wonders, if you honestly don't see how a player could put up those numbers and 'fall' the next year, look up brady anderson.

obviously its concievable that someone could have a great year and then drop off a cliff, so i'm not sure why you bring up brady anderson. if you're trying to make a comparisson, it's just not there. brady was never projected to hit 50, and people have been waiting for beltre to break out for quite some time now.

anyhow, the move from LA might hurt his homers a bit, but hitting in the seattle lineup will more than make up for it i would think.

the kids a stud and he'll be the top 3B this year and, IMO, for years to come.
