could bonds hit .400?

he usually only gets 300+ official AB a year, and with the time off he should just qualify to be amongst the league leaders in categories. in that short amount of time, he could be raking the ball.

does anybody think it could happen?

I think it's going to take some time to get his timing back once he gets back, so I don't see him tearing it up right away. I think he will be productive, though, and should bat over .300. Does he get 300 official AB's in 2005? I'm not so sure of that, either.

He also has 2 .400 months each of last 2 years, so in a short span, i think it's definitly possible. But don't you need certain amount of at bats for you to qualify?

I just dont see him playing as much as you all think. Based on what i saw his attitude is down the tubes and this can and probably will effect his play some.
