Here is something you will encounter in eight team leagues, and one of the reasons I don't play in leagues that small.

If YOUR team has a "weakness", then you would like to trade with a team which has an excess of talent in that position. Problem is THAT trading partner will only trade if he feels that he is also addressing a so-called weakness.

That usually does not happen in eight team leagues.

You are looking for advice about a team which does not HAVE a weakness, other than you need to be careful about starting the proper outfielders.
