Lee and Lowry especially if you are looking for K's...
Bedard has been red hot this spring...

Lee
Lowry
Tomko could also be a sleeper; went 7-2 with 3.15 era after the all-star break plus the fact that its a pitchers park and contract season could mean he'll do better than expected.

It seems like Lee is the guy to go with.
Obvioulsy Lee wont have an ERA of 5 again, but his command makes me doubt a lot.
Lowry, i like a lot, but he is too inexperienced and with a Giants team without Bonds, that means trouble.
Meche is burning up Spring Training and seems to go to a decent season.. but im not really convinced.
Always liked Byrd but he is more of a WHIP kind of guy and i prefer a K kind a guy.

Lee
Byrd
Bedard
Lowry
with those last 3 being really close... Lowry has the MOST upside, bedard is an interesting point, and byrd probably will go back to his form from 2 yrs ago

Based on upside Lee is the best bet for good numbers if he breaks out. It might not be this year but eventually he will have the best numbers.
Safest pick is P. Byrd. He looked decent when he came back last year, should be healthy and good to go this year. He wont hurt in any categories and should help in wins.
If your a real gambler go with Bedard. Matthew Pouliot wrote in his most recent column that if the O's go with a strict 5 man roatation ( which it is looking like they will ), then he wont pitch against the Yank's or Red Sox all four series the first month of the season. He could pay off well.
"Son we would like to keep you around here but were trying to win a pennant this year."
