we could do a draft on sunday. either early and start the season or do it at night and just miss the yankees game.

A2, that can be worked out...money order/cash through the mail would be fine, though I really prefer Paypal. It'd allow me to basically set aside an entire fund just for this league instead of getting it caught up with the rest of my expenses.
