5x5 Experts--Help

1st year in a H2H 12-team 5x5 Yahoo league. If you can let me know where I need help and whether or not this is a competitive team I'd appreciate it. Fantasy veteran with Scoresheet Baseball, but a rookie 5x5 player.

This was an auto-draft and I realize I need a closer. My questions are:

1. How important is it to have all of Schmidt, Peavy, Sheets, Harden? Will I benefit by dealing 1 of them for a solid closer?

2. How will this offense fare?

3. Is this a competitive team in a standard 5x5 league?

you might want to trade some of your power for some speed

1) yes you should deal one of them to get a solid closer
2)offense should have a lot of hr and rbi and fair amount of everything else but steals.
3)yes this can be a competitive team by at least getting a solid closer
