Having never done a Live Draft before I learned alot. I seriously drifted from my original plan around Round 7 and I paid a price - no team speed. Any other major weaknesses except Pena? How would you rate this on a (1-10) scale for a first draft?

What I learned. More sleep before draft, need coffee, more preparation needed, even more coffee. I wasn't prepared for the 2-Hr slog.

First off, I wouldn't say you have no speed. Giles & Patterson will help you there, and Wilkerson will contribute 10 or so, so you have something to build on.

Pena shouldn't be in your utility spot - Feliz or Uribe would be a better choice there. And you have a nice balanced pitching staff with those categories.

Really not a bad job at all for a first draft - I'd give it an 8
